SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 15 "An Act                                                                               
relating to the tax on policy year premiums for life insurance policies"

Senators Egan, Stedman moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                     
abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Senator Bishop                                                               
objected, and Senators Egan, Stedman were required to vote.                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE
