Senators Egan, Stedman moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Senator Bishop objected, and Senators Egan, Stedman were required to vote. The question being: "Shall SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 15 "An Act relating to the tax on policy year premiums for life insurance policies" pass the Senate?"
